Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us, we hope you love your new product but if you don't, not to worry, our return policy is super easy! We accept any unworn, unwashed, undamaged full price merchandise with tags attached - for a full refund or exchange within 30 DAYS of purchase. 


Regular Priced Merchandise

 

EXCHANGES

Regular priced purchases can also be exchanged within 30days from the shipping date. 

On-Line Exchanges? Yes absolutely! You can try on our styles, if you need a size adjustment, you can do so by contacting us at: info@tenduactive.com. Making it easier to find your ideal fit! 

Kindly note, pop up purchases are final sale, due to heavy discounts.


RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Contact us and you will receive a response from our customer service team within 2-4 business days, with details on how to process your return. We appreciate your patience during this time.



Sale Merchandise

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Sale items marked with a discount less than 30% can be exchanged or given merchandise credit on an eGift Card if contacted within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Items marked down with a discount of 40% or greater are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

SITE WIDE SALE/ PROMOTIONS

Site wide sales/promotions can not be applied to previous purchases. Sale prices fall within the specific time frame only. Additional promo codes can not be used during sit wide sales.

 


Event or Trade Show Purchase:

Thank you for purchasing an item from one of our events! We do not offer returns/exchanges on sale or promo items due to reduced costing. Exchanges within 30 DAYS of purchase on full price items may be granted on any unworn, undamaged goods with a valid receipt as we understand you don't always have time to try things on in the moment. Please send us an email to info@tenduactive.com and our team will be in touch within 2-4 business days.

Wholesale Orders:

Wholesale orders are non refundable due to the reduced costing. Damaged merchandise can be exchanged within x30 days of delivery.  

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:
  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • You must present a valid receipt.


How To Process Your Return/Exchange:

If you would like to return/exchange an item for another size, send us an email to info@tenduactive.com detailing the return or exchange request. Once we confirm by email, we will send you the mailing address to ship your item back.

As a small business we do not provide return labels at this moment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend tracking for your shipment.
